I wanted to implement some easy CSS animations to my site. The link hover effect that you see here was adapted from an item I found on codepen. CodePen.io is a great resource for web developers. You can search through endless items created by others and edit, create, and save all kinds of web elements and pieces.

A good place to find freelance development contracts and contractors is through www.upwork.com. I have been working with them for a couple years and have a profile and history. I thought I would share the link and a few of the recent websites I have been working on.
